Zombie Learner (noun)

An otherwise sharp, capable professional who has been rendered cognitively inert by bad L&D. Born from years of 'death-by-PowerPoint' and corporate info-dumps, they exist in a state of involuntary apathy—clicking 'Next' to survive, waiting for training that actually respects their intelligence.
